Here is my take on the matter at hand, as I have often thought about it.
Rarity - 7 . Not ultra common but somewhat so after being allowed to integrate/toleration boundry with human society, however humans tend to have a natural prepencity towards xenophobia so it could be closer to a 5. I see them as being drawn more into cross communities however, they would have thier own.
Main Home Countries - Japan, UK (Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales etc), Mid-East Europe (Germanic regions with immigration outwards), Russia/Mongolia, Amazonia.
Life Expectancy - 65 years or so as noted above, I am in agreement with it being "a little shorter than an average human, although I always assumed their metabolism overclocked". However, I should note that to me extended lifespans up to 80 can be expected as well in regions with high protein nutrients.
Smaller Build - Not very tall, around 5' to 5'1", as thier structure would allow for a more compact form, with a lowered center of gravity. Due to exercised muscle structure and the requirements of tails and muscluar spinal attachments, an athletic to moderate body build but, agreed, "comparitively smaller breasts than humans".
Average Racial Personality Traits - "Inquisitive, impulsive, rash, mischievous, cunning, sometimes forceful" Pins it down, but also with a nature of becoming lax and communal, with natures of allure and sweetness.
Commence Puberty Aged - 9 or so
Sexually Active Aged - 12 at earliest, 14 generally known
Promiscuity - "A little elevated when compared to that of humans. Additionally, I believe that (like us) Neko would not have phases of being 'in heat', but could feel sexual urges at any point." I would add in addition to above, that they would enter periods of enhanced sexual activity in times such as late fall and mid spring, being more tuned to natural effects than thier human counterparts. I also believe that, quite possibly being outside of many of "mankind's rules" they would not be affronted to inter-species relationships or sexual activites.
Chance of Conception via Unprotected Intercourse (Low, Average, High, Other) - Elevated Especially During Above Mentioned Times. "As their lives are shorter, their fertility is higher to ensure they continue" In addition to this, I believe that Nekomimi species would be capable of inter-species pregnancy, but not without complications or innability to carry to term, especially with human genomes being "close".
Sensitivity of Ears - Sensitive: Definitely as sensitive as a Felis Catus, but perhaps a little more thick and "hardened" to stimuli, definitely erogenus, especially the tips. Capable of instilling orgasms if stimulated properly with other things as well, but not by *chuckle* gusts of wind.
Sensitivity of Tail - Sensitive: A muscular, perhaps prehensile (to a minor degree) tail similar to a "regular" cat, though more sensitive and definitely erogenus. Capable of causing orgasms if stimulated properly (suck as tip or base-sucking/nibbling)but not by yanking as to cause spontaneous orgasmic convulsions.
Speech Quirks (high voices, meowing during speech etc.) - Voices higher than normal, especially in females, with quite a bit more to-the-point references and inferrals to things as per culture, and some slang thrown into the mix of languages spoken. The "nyan" or meow would most likely occur during speech between words, or after sentances as an exclamaition or notation in language, but also as a omneopotic sound unto itself (such as sexual "small sounds") With vocal boxes capable of vibration higher than humans, purring if contented or aroused would be common.
